This week is crucial. If things do not get done this week we will be severely behind. I need to make sure that everyone is on task at all times and somehow create a classroom environment that is conducive for this to happen. Im really trying to let people complete their tasks without too much input because there are 20+ intelligent people on this team that make good decisions regarding their position.
I might take a look at Obama's speech and try to splice some parts together, but I do not want to take over the editors job.
Overall, I just need to make sure people meet deadlines and try to help people who want assistance.
P.s. The camera will be here either Tuesday or Wednesday, but if you all want to take Alan's camera out Tuesday and get interveiws, go for it.
