Movie Idea

My suggestion for the movie would be to interview students and faculty, even history professors to see what people out there know about Vietnam and what their opinions are of the situations, how it occurred, and what they know of as the outcome. Do most people believe we technically came out victorious? If so, what is their definition of victory? Do those people know what really happened? Will we find out people who actually know the truth or ones that know nothing at all?

Asking people to tell us what they know and think will give us a look at a bigger picture in if we as Americans know what our countries history really is or even if majority of us have been brainwashed into thinking that one outcome happened that really didn't. I think doing this interviewing process will help us see what the average person and the scholarly professionals know, not just about the situation but about history. And then we can go further and conclude on whether or not America truly doesn't emphasize on this subject for reason. In this finding we can rhetorically persuade and share the information we find through the video interviews.
